real unsweetened applesauce with rice cereal
real banananas (not the jarred stuff, she literally gags on those until she cries)

she always gets the giggles when you growl at her (or at least when mommy does) who likes being growled at?
she's beginning to learn how to manipulate mommy. for example, she has never fought sleep off before now and she fights it pretty good. i'll rock her and rock her and rock her and rock her until her eyes get droopy (after 45-60 minutes of rocking) and she'll finally start dozing off, then the second i lay her in the bed and her eyes will fly open and she'll beam the biggest smile at me. how can i leave her like that? she knows the power of that smile.
she's a huge drooler. that's never changed.
she apparently is not a good sharer. she's been caught screaming at other babies when they take her toys, and she made poor Emma Rose cry on Easter after screaming at her.
she loves her free, independent time. if she gets fussy, sometimes the trick is laying her down and leaving her alone. she likes her personal space.
she likes giving mommy kisses (always accompanied with big pinches) but hates kissing daddy. that should be good incentive to be clean shaven, huh?
she's still not interested in rolling over, but she loves sitting up.
her new FAVORITE thing is looking at herself in the mirror. scratch that. talking, screaming, smiling, giggling, and kissing herself in the mirror. she's left trails of drool down several auntie's mirrors.
she is getting more and more fun with every week and new trick and we couldn't love her any more!
