My Mothers!

this post was meant to go out on mother's day... but i've been a little busy :) one thing I have been so blessed to have in my life is an amazing mother. she has been the greatest example to me in so many ways. she is strong and hardworking, compassionate and gracious, generous and helpful. she has always taken care of me when i've needed help and only been a phone call away throughout my "adult" years while in Provo. i don't know what i'd have done without her... i definitely would have starved to death. she loves her kiddos more than the world and has always put us as her number one priority when it comes to work dilemmas or any family decision. i love this woman with all of my heart, and seriously couldn't be more blessed. now as i'm preparing to go out and become a wife and mother myself, i am so grateful for her example to me. i feel confident in my ability to love and support my husband, spoil my children, and be a selfless example in my own future family. thank you, mama!! you are the greatest!

now i feel especially blessed also because the mother i am inheriting this weekend is equally amazing. also hardworking and selfless, also kind and compassionate, also busy and generous... i love my extra mama dearly! throughout experiences in high school while dating her oldest son, we came to be very close. as i grew to love her son and family more and more, i felt her accept me as one of her daughters long before the marriage idea was brought up. i am one of the very lucky girls that meshes 100% with her family-in-laws. there is no fear of a monster-in-law. we are extremely close and she has done so much for me in the six years i've known her. she is also a great example to me. and by the way her son loves and adores his mother, i feel completely confident that he will always love and adore me in that same way. i could never say it enough. God is Good and I Am One Lucky Gal!!
